[email protected] — support, bug reports, feature requests, licensing and billing, press and review enquiries, and security reports. Naming your macOS version, and whether you use the direct download or the App Store edition, saves a round trip.

If you would rather not use email, the feedback form takes the same messages and can carry a screenshot. Leave an email address in the form if you want a reply.
Lost your license key?
Direct-download purchases can be recovered without writing to anyone: open license recovery and enter the email address you bought with. App Store purchases are restored through Apple, from the app’s own Settings.
